Dear Family and Friends,
I am excited to once again be a part of the 8th Annual Pals In Motion event. In 2022 my family sponsored the
Pals In Motion event and in 2023 we were one of the top 10 fundraising teams, raising over $12,000 thanks to
many of you! InMotion has meant so much to me and my family over the years and I am so grateful for your
support.
This year’s Pals in Motion event will be held on September 15, 2024, at Beachwood High School. This family
friendly event will feature a 5K run/walk,1 mile walk as well as an art table, music table, a 100-yard dash relay,
and an obstacle course. Money raised from this event will be used by InMotion to provide programs for the
increasing number of clients who use InMotion on a regular basis.
InMotion is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with PD feel better every day. It is the only
wellness center of its kind in the nation. All of the services made available to PD clients by InMotion are
offered at no cost to the client. This is possible because of generous financial supporters and numerous hard-
working volunteers. I continue to participate in many of the programs it offers, and I am convinced this has
enabled me to slow the progression of PD and to continue feeling better each day.
Please join my team, Pat’s Pals, on September 15 at Beachwood High School or donate to our team to help us
achieve our goal. Personally, I’m trying to raise $6,000 towards the overall event goal.

If you’d like to participate: visit my fundraising page and click the Join My Team button - www.runsignup.com/patspals24.
As you’ll see on the site, the registration fee to participate is $30 per person (for adults) and $20 per person
(for children) for the 5K run, 5K walk or the 1 Mile walk. You can also make an additional donation beyond your
registration fee towards my team goal of $6,000. When you Join My Team as a participant, your personal
fundraising page will be created for you to fundraise as well if you wish.
