Dear "Pals",

My 20 year journey with Parkinson's Disease has both challenged and enriched my life more than I could have imagined. I have had tremendous medical care, immeasurable support from family and friends and the ablility to exercise regularly. All of these have helped manage my PD for which I am grateful. That is why Steve and I are going to walk the 5K as we participate in the 8th Annual Pals In Motion event on September 15.

The annual Pals In Motion event supports InMotion, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to help people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) feel better every day. Funds raised from this event fund life-changing physical wellness, creative movement, arts, education, support and research programs to our Parkinson’s community – all offered FREE OF CHARGE to people with PD and their care partners.
